I had a disappointment with a service today, after being quoted a price on an oil change. After posting my disappointment the owner Alex reached out to me right away offering his cell phone number to reach him. I called and spoke with Alex who assured me his clients ,customers and community of Midland is a priority. He has offered me a resolution, which I'm most grateful to accept and has restored my faith back to the service industry. Thank you Alex, you made my day better by reaching out. Donna Bright

I feel obliged to write to this review. They were able to get me a timely service appointment, whereas other locations could not. Despite my annoyance with the distancing process, they did offer me shuttle service to and from work, which is a huge bonus during the apocalypse. 5/5 rating and highly recommended.

I purchased a used Porsche Boxster in June, 2020 and the customer experience was brilliant from beginning to end. Martin was a pleasure to deal with and the mechanic took extra care to ensure the vehicle was in perfect condition before it was driven off the lot. After-purchase follow-up has been excellent from both Martin and the owner Jim Koch. Would highly recommend this dealership.
